Content Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Content Policy explains what content is permitted on our Service and how we handle reports and enforcement. It applies to all users and all content submitted, posted, or distributed through the Service. This policy supplements our Terms of Use and does not replace them.

2. What We Allow

We are a general-interest publishing platform. We do not restrict genres. Original works, fanworks, and other creative formats are permitted so long as they comply with this policy and applicable law.

Authors retain ownership of their work and grant us a non-exclusive license to host and distribute content on the Service as described in our Terms of Use.

3. Prohibited Content

We do not allow content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, or abusive. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We will report CSAM to the appropriate authorities and preserve evidence as required by law.
  • Sexual Exploitation or Non-consensual Content: Any non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or content depicting sexual violence presented as non-consensual and intended to arouse is prohibited.
  • Hate or Harassment: Content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, or that promotes hatred, violence, or harassment.
  • Threats or Incitement: Content that threatens violence, encourages self-harm, or incites illegal activity.
  • Doxxing or Privacy Violations: Publishing private, personal, or identifying information without consent.
  • Malware or Fraud: Phishing, scams, malicious code, or deceptive practices.
  • Infringement or Plagiarism: Content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or that misrepresents authorship.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy or applicable law.

4. Adult and Explicit Content

We allow adult and explicit content on the Service. This includes sexual content and graphic violence, provided it complies with all other rules.

Bottom Line: Explicit content is allowed, but it must not include minors, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual material. If you are under 18, you should not access explicit content.

Ratings and Tags: The default state for works is unrated. Tagging is encouraged but not required. Authors are strongly encouraged to tag explicit sexual content and graphic violence to help readers make informed choices.

5. AI-Assisted Content

AI-assisted or AI-generated content is permitted if it complies with all rules in this policy and the Terms of Use.

Bottom Line: AI content is allowed, but content depicting minors in sexual contexts is prohibited, whether fictional or generated. Content that violates privacy, impersonates real people in sexual or exploitive ways, or otherwise breaks the rules is not allowed.

We do not use user content to train AI models.

6. Tagging and Reader Warnings

While tagging is not mandatory, we strongly encourage authors to tag works that include:

  • Explicit sexual content
  • Graphic violence
  • Sensitive themes that may surprise or harm readers

Tagging improves discovery and reader trust. Repeated failure to tag explicit material may result in moderation actions.

7. Reporting and Moderation

If you believe content violates this policy, you may report it through our support channels. We may request additional information or context to evaluate the report.

We review reports and may remove or restrict access to content while an investigation is ongoing.

8. Enforcement

We may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or restrict the content
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Withhold payouts where permitted by our Terms

We may also preserve data and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

9. Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may submit an appeal through our support channels. Appeals should include relevant details, links, and context. We review appeals in good faith but are not obligated to reinstate content.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes and update the "Last Updated" date. For questions or concerns, contact us through the methods provided on our website.
